Download a domain invoice
1. Open the account menu
Sign in and click your email address at the top right of the Dashboard.
2. Choose Orders and invoices
You see every order and every renewal with its date, domains, amount and status.
3. Download the invoice
Click Download next to the order. The invoice is a PDF with the billing details you entered at checkout, every domain, the period it covers and the amount paid.
Company details on invoices
If you buy for a company, enter the company name, address and tax number in the billing details at checkout. Later invoices use the details saved at that moment. To change them for future invoices, update the billing details in the account menu before the next renewal. Invoices already issued keep the details they were issued with.
Manage your payment methods
- Open the account menu and choose Payment methods.
- Click Add card, enter the card details and save. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
- Choose Set as default to make a card pay all automatic renewals.
- Click Remove next to a card you no longer use. You cannot remove the only card while auto renew is on for a domain.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. Some banks ask you to confirm the payment in their app. That confirmation is normal and protects your card. Prices are in US dollars, so your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
My card was declined. What now?
Check the card number, expiry date and billing postal code, then try again. If it still fails, your bank may block the payment. Approve it in your banking app or try another card.
A renewal payment failed. Will I lose the domain?
Not right away. We email you and retry. Add a working card under Payment methods or renew the domain manually before the expiry date.
Can agencies pay for client domains on one account?
Yes. One account can hold many domains with one default card, and each order has its own invoice. The domain management for agencies page explains more.
