Contact NameBest at one address
There is no contact form on this page on purpose. Write in your own words, attach whatever helps, and the reply comes back on the same thread from the person who read it.
The same address takes commercial and procurement questions, including the ones answered on the page for brand teams. There is not a second desk to be routed to.

What to put in it
Four kinds of message arrive here, and each one has a detail that turns a three message exchange into a single answer.
Something the console did wrong
Send the brief you used and, if you can, the row that looked wrong. A verdict we got wrong is the most useful message you can send us, because it points at either a lookup fault or a registry that answered oddly.
Plans, billing and invoices
Say which plan you are on or looking at. Enterprise pricing, purchase orders and annual invoicing are handled by the same address and answered by a person.
A name somebody already holds
Brokered acquisition sits on the Brokerage plan, and it is buy side only: we approach the holder for you and never act for a seller. Tell us the name and what it is for, and we will say honestly whether it is worth pursuing before anybody spends anything.
Your data, or a deletion request
Write from the address on the account and say what you want done. Deletion and access requests are answered within the period the GDPR sets, and usually much faster.
Faster than an email
Most of what arrives at the address is already answered on the site, and reading it beats waiting for us.
How the check works, where the names come from, what the estimate means, and what a plan costs.
Four plans, the limits on each, and why there is no free tier.
The four steps, the protocol behind the lookup, and what a verdict does not mean.
What we hold, who processes it, how long it stays, and how to have it deleted.
Or skip the email and run the console.
The fastest answer to whether you can have a name is to write one line about the business and read the verdicts as they land.
